Unsettled day. There’s a lot happening, so no surprise. For Zee, the ongoing war is also deeply personal, with so many connections to the region, professional, personal and career. So she’s glued to the news, which unsettles her further. Her sleep is very shallow, so at 3am she goes back to the phone, and the spiral down understandably continues. Bless her, she’s good at eventually catching herself, but it’s difficult. Meanwhile the issue with youngest (X) has hung a cloud over us all, and has put a blight on the weekend visit to Sydney. Zee no longer wants to go (of course the war stress is in there too). My enthusiasm for it all is pretty low right now. And at a more trivial level, I’m trying to get the Hugo files up to my hosting on BlueHost, but it keeps failing with various errors. Should be the most trivial thing, and I’m wasting hours on it.
